How much does training at your facility cost?
Cost is dependent on your fitness goals. We offer a FREE consultation!

What benefits will I get from training with you compared to another gym?You’ll receive unparalleled knowledge and motivation from our coaches who are dedicated to pushing you to your limits to help you reach your goals fast. Also, our 5,000 sq/ft facility offers a wide array of training equipment not found at other locations.

Will you tell me what to eat to help me lose weight?Our main priority is the health and well-being of our members. Aside from a FREE 30 minute consultation with our owner and in-house Nutritionist Maria, we also offer a nutritional counseling program.

How often should I come in to work out?Popular opinion says training should include 20-60 minutes, 3-5 days a week. Our trainers recommend a minimum of at least 3 days a week to achieve your weight and fitness goals

I have an injury from an accident and my doctor said not to work out, what should I do?Strength and stability around an injured area should be a priority. We have specialized equipment to assist in the rehabilitation of and help strengthen specific areas of the body. We can help you get back to a pain free lifestyle!
