Therefore, we have temporarily suspended our Small Group Training & our Workout Of The Day and moved to appointment only training. We currently offer Private 1-1 Personal Training as well as Semi-Private 1-4 Personal Training. This will enable us to safely focus on your fitness and health. Our Bulldog Private Personal Training is designed for the individual who wants to workout 1-1 with the coach of their choice. This is perfect for the beginner who needs specific direction to achieve their fitness goals, as well as the intermediate or professional looking to work around injuries or focus on specific areas of improvement! Available by appointment only. Semi-Private Personal Training: This is our Signature Program! Our Bulldog Semi-Private Personal Training allows our coaches to custom design a program to meet your specific needs. It combines all levels of experience to match specific training guidelines designed by our highly experienced coaches. Our best value, clients can train all month for one flat fee, making frequent training more affordable with greater results! Available by appointment only. Student Athlete Training: It’s not about getting that scholarship or making the pros..being a student athlete is something YOU ARE! That drive to play, practice, sacrifice and put your body on the line each and every time. Our Strength & Conditioning programs are designed to push you to a limit you didn’t know you could reach so you become the strongest, most conditioned version of yourself. This program is by appointment only and offers the following student specific benefits: Build Self Esteem & Confidence Decrease Risk of InjuryImprove Strength, Power, Speed & Agility Achieve Overall Better Sport Performance. Available by appointment only. Small Group Training: Feeling more social?..then our Bulldog Small Group Training is right for you. This program is custom designed for 2-6 people and built to meet the needs of multiple fitness levels. Strength and conditioning, powerlifting, mobility and accessory work are all combined into circuits designed for a group experience. You’ll get the benefits of teamwork under the guidance of an expert trainer. TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE Workout Of The Day: If a schedule isn’t your thing, check out our Bulldog Workout Of The Day. This is a strength based program that combines the best of weight training with accessory work and conditioning to help you maintain your conditioning and physique year round.
